Since taking over Beckenburg in 2017, we have been running our restaurant with great passion and joy. Our goal was clear from the outset: to create modern, fresh cuisine that brings the best of our region to the table. We work closely with producers from Schaffhausen and the surrounding area—because we are convinced that you can taste the origin of good ingredients.

The Beckenburg has been a restaurant since 1877 and has always been a meeting place for guests from the region. Over the years, it has combined tradition and modernity, been continuously maintained, and adapted to the needs of its guests.
Since Claudio Natale took over in 2017, the focus has been on market-fresh, regional ingredients and modern cuisine that harmoniously combines classic dishes with creative compositions.
